RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) ordered to remove Ayyan Ali’s name from Exit Control List (ECL) on Monday while on the request of the Attorney General the process has been postponed for 10 days by the court, reoprted Dunya News.

Ayyan has been allowed to travel abroad as Sindh High Court has ordered to remove her name from ECL.

Accused in money laundering case, Ayyan Ali referred to SHC to remove her name from ECL.

In a petition, Ayyan stated that her mother is in a severe medical condition and that business contracts are causing huge financial loss.

On the other hand, the Attorney General has requested 10-day time from the court. After which the court announced to postpone the process of excluding Ayyan’s name for ECL for 10 days.
