Summary NAB will break out in anxious sweat if it talked with evidence about corruption, says CM Punjab.
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Shahbaz Sharif on Saturday was once again seen lambasting the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) while addressing a gathering during an event for land record system in Lahore. The Punjab CM stated that he would leave politics if corruption even worth a farthing was proved against him. He stated that NAB will break out in anxious sweat if the Bureau talked with evidence.
Meanwhile Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan said that the NAB gets threatened whenever it initiates investigation against any influential person(s).
Khan said that he condemns CM Punjab’s statements against NAB in which he is intimidating the institution.
He added that NAB should investigate about the total expenses made at the camp offices organized by Shahbaz and that it is believed by the political hierarchy that the institutions serve as their labourers.
