Summary Case has been registered according to the Telegraph Act in Sachal police station

KARACHI (Dunya News) – A case against Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain and 20 other leaders of the Rabita committee has been registered in the Sachal police station on Saturday, reported Dunya news.

Clauses related to the Telegraph act and various others have been included in the registered case. The case was filed by a woman named Nasreen. According to the sources, the names of various leaders of the political party such as, nominated Mayor Waseem Akhtar, Dr. Farooq Sattar and others have been included in the case.

The case was filed on the basis of the use of derogatory language against women and criticising a law enforcement institution.
