MUZAFFARABAD: (Dunya News) – High Court Chief Justice Mustafa Mughal has on Friday taken the oath as Azad Kashmir Chief Election Commissioner. Although his appointment has brought the 18-month dispute regarding the appointment of the election commissioner but due to very little time left in the elections, the completion of the election preparations is being considered a challenge, reported Dunya News.
