Summary Evidence of deported citizens' involvement in crime or terrorism will now be shared with Pakistan.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan and European Union (EU) on Sunday through mutual agreement resolved their differences over the issue of deportees. According to the Spokesperson for the Interior Ministry, evidence of deported citizens’ involvement in crime or terrorism will now be shared with the government of Pakistan as well.
According to the details, the points of mutual agreement were decided upon in a meeting held in Brussels between Pakistan and the EU. EU assured to address all reservations of Pakistan.
The EU also acknowledged the Interior Ministry’s steps against human trafficking.
