TOBA TEK SINGH (Dunya News) - Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) on Friday recovered Improvised Explosive Device (IED), hand-grenade and two detonators during a raid in Toba Tek Singh.
According to details, the operation was carried out on the tip-off of detained suspects.
CTD officials alongwith police seized 1kg heavy IEDs and hand grenade. Bomb Disposal Squad (BDS) reached the spot and detonated the bomb.
CTD arrested two suspects from Toba Tek Singh on December 16, 2015 who belonged to a banned outfit and intended to conduct a major terror bid.
