WASHINGTON (Dunya News) – The US State Department deputy spokesperson, Mark C. Toner, has said that the United States strongly condemns horrific terrorist attack in the city of Mardan in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Pakistan outside a regional government office.
Briefing the newsmen in Washington on Tuesday, Mark Toner said that
we extend our deepest sympathies and condolences to the families of the victims of today’s violence.

He further said that the United States remains committed to the people of Pakistan and to the Pakistani Government’s efforts to fight terrorism in the country.
He said that such blatant disregard for human life is unacceptable and contrary to the aspirations of the Pakistani people for a secure and stable and prosperous nation.
