Summary PTI announces to form joint opposition to give tough time to PML-N in Punjab
LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has on Friday credited Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif for the successful operations. PTI also announced to form a joint opposition front in Punjab to trouble Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) in its stronghold, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media in Lahore after PTI Punjab parliamentary meeting, Imran Khan said that Sharif brothers don’t value the parliament at all. He said that there is no democracy in the country and termed the current form of government as kingdom. However, he couldn’t resist crediting PM Nawaz for the success of Operation Zarb-e-Azb.
PTI Chairman gave a clear message that there will be no friendly opposition in the country anymore. He said that the opposition is too weak in Punjab that its voice gets snubbed by the overwhelming majority. However, Imran said that now the answers will be demanded and demands will have to be accepted.
Terming the extension of Rangers’ powers in Karachi a tough challenge for PML-N, Imran Khan said that the things will go back to where they were if Rangers are not given the extension.
