RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Investigation into the mysterious death of a 21 year old Nursing student, Andaleeb, at Benazir Bhutto hospital in Rawalpindi has revealed new information into the case. Andaleeb’s funeral was offered and she was buried in her hometown Jatuli, Gujjar Khan after a post-mortem.
The roommate of the student revealed that Andaleeb had remained absent from duty for almost two hours between the night of Saturday and Sunday. A forensics team also visited the Nursing student’s room in search of any evidence and recovered a syringe from her bed. The room has been sealed for further investigation.
According to the initial investigation reports, Andaleeb’s death occurred due to severe pressure on her brain. It was also noted that she was bleeding from the mouth and her hands and feet had turned blue. Investigators are also focusing their attention on the syringe found from her room.
Information revealed by the victim’s roommate will help in quick progress of the investigation.

Fourth year nursing student’s body was shifted to district headquarters hospital (DHQ). However, brother of the dead girl said that his sister seemed happy and normal night before on a phone call.
Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Azhar said that the case is being investigated and facts would be brought to light soon.
