ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Talks between government and doctors have on Sunday succeeded as the government agreed to restore the fixed medical risk allowance for the doctors and paramedical staff, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media along with the representatives of the doctors and paramedical staff, Finance Minister Ishaq Dar said that the fixed medical risk allowance will be added in the November salaries.
Finance Minister told that the notification will be issued after approval from Prime Minister. He said that the doctors have a right to the allowance and it will be added in their November salaries. He announced that the allowance has been restored and the issue has been resolved with mutual agreement. He told that doctors’ issues will be looked after by CAD from now on. It was the fifth round of talks between government and doctors.
