Summary CNG stations, fertilizers industries and IPPs will not be provided gas in winters
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) on Tuesday has sent summary regarding load management schedule of gas during winters to Petroleum Ministry.
Domestic consumers have been given priority in supply of gas in Punjab during winters.
Sources said that according to the summary households will be supplied gas on priority basis during winters. However, compressed natural gas (CNG) stations, fertilizers industries and IPPs will not be provided gas. According to sources, CNG stations owners have decided to import liquefied natural gas (LNG).
Fertilizers’ sector and IPPs are also likely to follow the same policy during winters.
