ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has on Tuesday ruled that the high treason case against former President Pervez Musharraf will be now be heard on daily basis. The court has ordered all the applicants to make sure they are present on every hearing, reported Dunya News.
IHC’s Justice Noor ul-Haq Qureshi and Justice Aamir Farooq heard the petitions against special court’s decision of November 21. Additional Attorney General Afnan Karim Kundi told the court that the government is ready to investigate the aides of prime accused Pervez Musharraf and demanded the court to hear the case on daily basis.
The court ruled that the case will be heard on daily basis from now on. Ordering all the petitioners to ensure their presence on future hearings, IHC adjourned the court till October 19.
