KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh High court (SHC) on Monday has ordered to submit report over encroachments near streams in Karachi.
Hearing regarding anti-encroachment operation was conducted in SHC in which Karachi Metropolitan Cooperation (KMC) submitted report stating that lease of encroachments near streams has been ended on which the court has sought report on this matter.
The court has issued notices to administrator and other officials and summoned them on October 28.
