LAHORE (Dunya News) – Two suspect spies apprehended near Wagha Border have been shown in front of media on Thursday. The suspects have been reported to have taken directions from Indian intelligence agencies, reported Dunya News.

Police has apprehended suspects Waqas and Ghulam Shabbir who were crossing border to meet Indian handlers Saleem who in turn who would have taken the suspects to Amritsar. Both suspects were taking instructions from officers of Indian intelligence agency RAW. The suspects had been tasked with establishing contact with banned organizations.

Suspects were charging Rs 300,000 to establish contact with high level officers. The suspects were also involved in smuggling and selling of alcoholic drinks. Multiple memory cards and SIMs were confiscated while pictures of Sialkot Working Boundary were also found in possession. The suspects have been taken into custody 2 days ago.
