KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Sindh government has given permission to private schools to increase the fee by 10% with a warning that strict action will be taken against the schools exceeding the allowed increase, Dunya News reported.
A meeting headed by provincial minister for education Nisar Khuhro took place at the Sindh Assembly building. Addressing the press conference after the meeting, Khuhro said that schools are allowed the raise the fee by up to 10% only.
He warned that the schools exceeding the allowed limit will have to face strict action. The private schools will have to seek Director School’s permission before raising the fee.
The minister said that the law of school registration is being strengthened.
