ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Sindh government on Thursday has filed rules for local body (LB) polls in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) following the deadline.
The commission is likely to issue LB elections’ schedules for Sindh and Punjab in the second phase. The ECP had given a two-day deadline to Sindh Chief Secretary to submit the rules.
In the second phase, polling will be held in at least 12 districts of Punjab while 15 of Sindh on November 19.
