LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Muslim League Quaid (PML-Q) on Sunday announced they will not participate in by-polls until the Election Commission members resign and urged other parties also to review their decisions, Dunya News reported.
The PML-Q said that the irregularities by the Election Commission have been mentioned in the judicial commission’s report forty times, adding that ECP’s playing with the mandate has been exposed.
The leadership of the opposition party demanded that new members of the ECP be appointed after consultation with the opposition parties once the existing members step down.
