LAHORE (Dunya News) – The security institutions have taken into custody at least four terrorists in Lahore and three in Faisalabad, while another three suspicious persons were also held, Dunya News reported.
According to details, the investigation with the Indian agent arrested a few days ago from Lahore led to the arrests. Indian agent Ilyas alias Pervez confessed to conveying crucial information to the other side of the border.
The security institutions raided areas surrounding Wagah and took at least four suspected terrorists into custody while in Faisalabad, the police and intelligence agencies carried out search operation in Chiniot Bazar and other areas and arrested at least six including three suspected terrorists.
According to sources, all three terrorists arrested in Faisalabad were involved in attacks on security forces in Waziristan.
