Summary The party is deliberating over choice of candidate in NA-122
BANI GALA (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan on Saturday has once again challenged Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz sharif to contest election in NA-122 against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI).
He expressed these views while talking to the media in Bani Gala before leaving for Lahore.
Khan said that the party would reach a decision today regarding contesting elections under officials involved in “match fixing” or not. While responding to the news about filing of reference by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against him, Khan said that he is waiting for it to happen.
PTI leader said that tribunals’ verdicts were delayed on purpose. Had the verdicts come earlier, the judicial commission’s judgment would have been different. He criticised National Database and Registration Authority (Nadra) chairman for taking a two week-leave abruptly.
The party is deliberating over choice of candidate in NA-122, he added.
