LAHORE (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Thursday dared Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to contest election from Lahore while summoning a session of senior party leaders in Lahore to decide about by-poll.
In a tweet, Khan dared PM Nawaz to give up premiership after resigning from parliament only to contest a re-election from Lahore. He said it will be clear after the election whether Lahore belongs to PTI or not.
He said general elections 2013 were rigged in Lahore in order to orchestrate a victory for the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N).
Meanwhile, PTI chairman has summoned senior party leaders in Lahore on Saturday to decide regarding by-election in the vacated seats.
