Summary Key issues including Pak-Britain cooperation including prisoners exchange were discussed
LONDON (Dunya News) – Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar on Wednesday met British authorities with regards to Imran Farooq murder case and agreed on eliminating obstacles in probing the case, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Nisar has held crucial meetings with the British authorities in which issues pertaining to the murder case were discussed.
The British officials requested Chaudhry Nisar to permit them to meet the officials that arrested the suspects. Reportedly, there’s a positive development on prisoners exchange programme between both countries.
Meanwhile, Sarfraz Merchant recorded his statement during hearing of money laundering case against MQM. However, MQM chief Altaf Hussain did not appear before the court.
It merits mentioning here that no suspect has been indicted in this case and all accused are on interim bail.
