Summary The court permitted the prosecutor to cross-examine the complainant
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Complainant in Zain Farooq murder case on Saturday has stated that the party could not identify the indicted criminals including former state minister’s son Mustafa Kanju as their son’s murderers.
The complainant has filed reply in the court today. Dunya News has obtained copy of the complainant’s reply. The complainant party has not mentioned a single arrested person as criminal in the case.
The prosecution said that the complainant is deviant from his earlier statement. However, the court permitted the prosecutor to cross-examine the complainant.
The development has come in the case of 15-year-old student, Zain who was shot dead in Cavalry Ground area on April 2 by allegedly drunk Kanju.
