LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday has issued a contempt of court notice to secretary finance for not ensuring judicial allowance to employees despite court’s order, Dunya News reported.
As per details, the case was heard by Justice Syed Manzor Ali Shah during which, petitioner’s counsel told that the authorities have not given judicial allowance to the workers despite court’s order. He added that Punjab government’s intra-court appeal on this matter has also been disposed of.
Subsequently, the court has summoned secretary finance on July 22 for arguments.
