Summary PM Nawaz and his Indian counterpart Modi are due to meet in Russia Friday
UFA (Dunya News) – Responding to a question by an Indian media outlet, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said he can only tell how the dialogue went after the meeting with the Indian counterpart, Narendra Modi, Dunya News reported.
Prime Ministers of neighbouring India and Pakistan are due to meet in Russian city Ufa tomorrow (Friday).
According to details, all eyes are on the meeting especially after the exchange of heated statements from both sides. Both leaders have been presented with the opportunity to meet at the Shanghai Cooperation Organization’s summit.
Reportedly, the agenda of the meeting would be discussion on the issues that escalated heated exchange of statements from both sides.
PM Nawaz is highly likely to raise the issue of Indian interference in Pakistan and aiding terrorists.
In a brief comment to Indian media after reaching Ufa, PM Nawaz said he can only tell about the dialogue after it actually takes place tomorrow.
The meeting is being termed crucial by commentators from both sides of the border especially after discontinuation of dialogue and recent tension at the Line of Control (LoC).
