Summary Election Commission has released the details of party position in KP LB polls
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Election Commission released details of party position at district and Tehseel level Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) local body polls on Wednesday. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leads number of seats at district and Tehseel level, reported Dunya News.
According to Election Commission, PTI is the party with highest number of votes at District-Tehseel level with 256 seats. Awami National Party (ANP) and Jamiat-e-Ulema Fazl (JUI-F) have obtained 106 and 105 seats respectively.
Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) won 87 seats while Jamat-e-Islami and Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) won 71 and 43 seats respectively.
PTI was also in lead in at Tehsil council level by winning 273 seats while JUI-F won 120, JI 96, ANP 78, PML-N 72 and PPP got 38 seats.
