PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Thursday has acquitted as many as two convicts of anti-terrorism court (ATC) in weapons possession case, Dunya News reported.

As per details, a two-member bench comprising of justice Qaisar Rasheed and justice Asad Ullah heard the petition filed by counsel advocate Isa Khan challenging their penalties during which, the court acquitted the prisoners over insufficient evidence.

The felons were apprehended for keeping hand grenades and pistols.
