Toll reaches four as one more polio case surfaces in Quetta

Summary Health Department has geared up to take action against the polio virus.

QUETTA (Dunya News) – Another polio case on Thursday has surfaced in Quetta, escalating the toll to four in the province this year, Dunya News reported.

According to the Health Department, polio virus has been identified in a four-year-old Sharif Ullah who is a resident of Pashtoonabad. The medical staff stated that the victim fell prey to this virus for not administering polio vaccination.

It is pertinent to mention here that Qila Abdullah and Loralai have also witnessed one, one polio case.
