LAHORE (Dunya News) – Jurisdiction of anti-terrorism court (ATC) in the murder case of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) activist Haq Nawaz has been challenged in Lahore High Court (LHC), Dunya News reported on Tuesday.
As per details, the suspected murderer Afzal filed a petition in LHC challenging the ATC’s jurisdiction in Haq Nawaz murder case. The plaintiff stated that police have intentionally included terrorism section and pleaded to transfer the case to the session court for further hearing.
Moreover, he demanded restraining order until the final verdict of the filed plea.
