PHC seeks university record in Murad Saeed disqualification case

Summary PHC adjourned the hearing by summoning university administration to provide PTI leader's record.

PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday has sought university record in Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI’s) Murad Saeed disqualification and degree issue, Dunya News reported.

A two-member bench comprising of PHC CJ Mazhar Alam Mian Khel and Justice Mrs. Irshad Qaisar heard the petition filed by Haidar Ali Khan. During the hearing, the court was informed that the officers have also investigated from university staff for authenticity of Murad’s degree.

Subsequently, court the hearing after issuing summons to the university administration to provide PTI leader s academic record.
