Summary General elections will be announced before the local body elections, says Chairman PTI

LAHORE: (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has on Monday advised the workers to prepare for elections. He said that the general elections will be announced before the local body elections, reported Dunya News.

Addressing a party meeting, Imran Khan said that the workers should start preparing for contesting the election against Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N). He said that 1 out of 4 PML-N wickets has fallen and 2 more will fall within the next couple of weeks.

Imran Khan said that the judicial commission proceedings are almost complete. “Whatever the decision will be, it will take Pakistan forward”, said Imran. Imran said that he is desperately waiting for NA-122 decision.

Chairman PTI said that the PML-N and Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) contested the 2013 election together. “Now they seem to be allies in the judicial commission as well”, he added. He said that the PTI will prove organized rigging before the judicial commission. He said that the elections did not take place in accordance with the rules and regulations.

Advising the PTI workers to unite, Imran Khan said that the workers should end their differences. “Violation of discipline will now be dealt strongly. Worker will be expelled from the party after one warning”, he added.

“General elections will be held before local body elections. If we keep fighting each other, PML-N will be the beneficiary”, said Imran.

Chairman PTI attended a ceremony of Namal College in Lahore along with his wife Reham Khan and other party leaders. He also admired the institute’s services for education.
