According to the details, there was load shedding for long hours on Friday in various parts of the country. Inflamed protesters attacked the WAPDA office in Charsadah and broke everything that came their way. In Swabi’s area, Chhota Lahore, protesters beat up the WAPDA staff. After damaging the equipment in the office, they set the session court on fire. Protesters even blocked the Motorway.
In Hyderabad, the citizens attacked the SDO office. In Sukkur, inflamed citizens protested against the SEPCO by torching tyres outside the press club. They also set their electricity bills on fire.
Protests were also observed in Hafizabad where the citizens lit tyres in order to record their protests.
Protesting in a unique way in Multan, citizens danced on the beats of drums in an attempt to wake the MEPCO officials up. They also lit tyres and blocked the Vehari Road for traffic. Protest was also recorded in Khanewal.
