ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Defence Minister Khawaja Asif on Wednesday advised former president Asif Ali Zardari to focus on ensuring peace in the region instead of using anti-Pakistan army language, Dunya News reported.
The remarks came a day after former president and Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari gave a fiery speech against political rivals and military leadership.
Defence Minister stated that the Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) should improve their performance in Sindh and that the co-chairman should refrain himself from affecting the dignity of Pakistan Army.
He added that the nation has given them the mandate of resolving the problem therefore, Zardari should only focus on serving the locals of Sindh.
