Summary Chairman PTI said tribunal has already been dissolved, doesn't have the mandate to expel leaders
ISLAMABAD: (Dunya News) – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan has on Monday said that the election tribunal, header by Justice (r) Wajeehuddin Ahmed has already been dissolved and has no authority to expel the members of the party. He said that the tribunal doesn’t have the mandate to give such rulings against party leaders, reported Dunya News.
In a tweet, Imran Khan said that the tribunal has been dissolved. He said that the tribunal had been dissolved after the decision to hold the party elections again. He said that the tribunal had no authority to target the senior leaders of the party and defame them in this manner.
