ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – A report submitted to the inquiry commission on Friday has revealed that Sindh tops list of provinces where ’Form 15’ were missing in 45% of the polling bags.
The report of 85 constituencies was presented to the inquiry commission which is probing alleged rigging in 2013 general elections.
As per details, the forms were missing in 43% polling bags in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 40% polling bags didn’t have Form 15 in Balochistan whereas the forms were missing in 29% polling bags in Punjab.
The report further revealed that in total, the forms were not available in 33% constituencies of the National Assembly, 44% in PTI MNAs constituencies, 40% in PPP lawmakers constituencies and 28% forms were missing in the constituencies of successful PML-N candidates.
The Form 15 is a document maintained by returning officers (ROs) and accounts for the ballot papers used, discarded or remained unused out of the total papers supplied.
