LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – Chief Minister (CM) Punjab Shahbaz Sharif took notice on Wednesday of incidents involving deaths of children in accidents, reported Daily Dunya.
CM took notice of 2 incidents where children had died due to fatal accidents. The first involved 2 siblings in Gujranwala who had been burnt in fire and succumbed to their injuries while the second incident also involved 2 siblings in Mian Chanu who had died after falling into a man-hole.
Shahbaz Sharif also directed the authorities to present a report on the matter.
He also directed the relevant authorities to provide medical care to another child who had been burnt in an accident and ensure his timely recovery.
CM Punjab expressed sadness and offered his condolence to the families of the victims.
