LAHORE (Daily Dunya) – A high level meeting to discuss security situation in country was held on Wednesday. The meeting was attended by high ranking officials and ministers, reported Dunya News on Wednesday.
The meeting was attended by Provincial Law Minister Rana Sanaullah, Chief Secretary Punjab Khizar Hayat Gondal, Interior Secretary Major General (R) Azam Suleman and Inspector General Punjab police Mushtaq Sukhera.
During the meeting discussions on security of key locations, high ranking officials, National Action Plan and plans on countering terrorists by conducting search operations were discussed.
During the meeting, different countermeasures against terrorism were discussed and the steps to curb terrorist activities’ were appreciated.
According to sources, various plans were formulated to ensure the security of high ranking officials as well as protection of key locations throughout the country.
