MULTAN (Dunya News) – A flight bound for Multan from Islamabad caused panic on Saturday when its tyres burst during landing on the Multan Airport. Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Shah Mehmood Qureshi was also aboard the malfunctioned aircraft.
Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) flight PK-681’s left wheels suddenly burst while landing but the pilot skillfully controlled the aircraft. Multan Airport was closed for the flights after the accident and the authorities are working to move the plane from runway. Civil Aviation Authority has started the investigation of the accident as well.
