KARACHI (Dunya News) – Anti-terrorism court (ATC) on Saturday has extended bail of former Home MInister of Sindh Zulfiqar Mirza and his as many as 107 accomplices till June 2, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Mirza’s counsel submitted a petition in court pleading to extend the bail of his client which was later accepted by ATC.
Meanwhile, he also urged the Sindh High Court (SHC) to ensure foolproof security so that he would be able to come court. In his plea, he informed the court that due to the deployment of police personnel outside his house, he is facing problems.
Zulfiqar Ali Mirza and his 107 aides were accused of threatening police officers, plundering and staging aerial firing in Badin.
