LAHORE (Dunya News) – A special Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) on Monday has extended the judicial remand of former state minister’s son, Mustafa Kanju until May 15 in 14-year-old Zain’s murder case.
The ATC held hearing of the Zain murder case. The police did not put forth the challan in the case against Kanju. The judge expressed resentment over not filing the challan. However, the court granted extension in judicial remand of the alleged criminal.
Moreover the court directed the police to present challan in the next hearing.
