Summary Acting in various areas of Karachi, Rangers and police arrested 24 suspected terrorists, target-kill
KARACHI: (Dunya News) – Police and Rangers on Sunday arrested 24, suspects acting in various areas of Karachi, accused of being members of banned outfits and target-killers, reported Dunya News.
As the operation against the criminals continues in Karachi, law-enforcing agencies raided the Old Golimar and adjacent areas to arrest 16 suspects. According to sources, the arrested suspects belong to banned organization Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).
Operating in Nazimabad, police recovered two men kidnapped 26 days ago and arrested one of the kidnappers.
2 suspected target-killers, allegedly involved in 19 murders were arrested by the police from Zaman Town and Saudabad. According to SSP Korangi Junaid Sheikh, suspects Faisal and Khalid aka Badaam also had weapons and grenades.
On the other hand, Rangers arrested 5 suspects from North Nazimabad, Kanwari Colony and Nazimabad. According to Rangers spokesperson, the suspects included target-killers and members of banned outfit.
