Summary Court over-ruled application of contempt of court against IG Sindh and other police officials
KARACHI/BADIN (Dunya News) – Sindh High Court (SHC) has extended the interim bail of Zulfiqar Mirza until May 9 on Wednesday. On the other hand police have evacuated the premises of Mirza Farm House.
Court over-ruled the application of contempt of court against Inspector General (IG) Sindh and other police officials. Application filed by Zulfiqar Mirza’s lawyer stated that the court approved interim bail of Zulfiqar Mirza but police was still surrounding Mirza Farm House and Zulfiqar Mirza was harassed by police and was not even allowed to go to court.
Hyderabad court gave 4 close people of Zulfiqar Mirza arrested in case of strife, to police custody on a 10-days physical remand.
