PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Peshawar High Court (PHC) on Tuesday has summoned Mehmand Agency’s political agent Ahsan-ud-Din in contempt of court case, Dunya News reported.

Justice Yahya Afridi and Justice Daood heard the case pertaining to the contempt of court against political agent Ahsan-ud-Din during which the counsel argued that the accused was alleged of doing corruption of Rs 52 lac whereas Federally Administered Tribal Areas’ (FATA’s) court has declared him innocent.

He said despite court’s order, he is not getting back his money.

Subsequently, the court adjourned the hearing till May 7 by summoning Ahsan-ud-Din.
