Summary Final decision would be taken in 3 days after extensive legal advice, says Khawaja Saad Rafique
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Khawaja Saad Rafique said on Monday that the judge did not disqualify him as rigging had not been proved, reported Dunya News.
Talking to media at Lahore Press Club, Khawaja Saad Rafique said that Imran Khan lied to the election tribunal adding that the proceedings were a part of media trial.
He said that the judge did not disqualify him as rigging had not been proved against him.
Khawaja Saad Rafique said that the judge in election tribunal had written in his verdict that no rigging had been proven in NA-125 and that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s Hamid Khan could not prove rigging in the constituency.
He said that it is his right to accept the tribunal’s verdict or go to court adding that if it were up to him, he would go to people s court however it is party’s decision to go to court.
Khawaja Saad Rafique said that a final decision would be taken in 3 days after extensive legal advice and detailed decision.
