ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) has summoned notification from the administration regarding closure of shops and markets at 8am in federal capital, Dunya News reported on Monday.
According to details, the hearing was headed by Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddiqui in which acting Deputy Commissioner presented himself before the court.
The petitioner told the court that no notification has yet been issued related to the order of early closure of shops therefore; it is requested that administration should be refrained from harassing the traders.
The court while adjourning the hearing till May 5 has summoned notification from the authorities.
