Summary Witnesses proposed by PTI will present themselves on May 6 at 1300 hours
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Judicial Commission (JC) on Saturday issued notices to 14 witnesses on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) recommendation directing them to appear before the JC on May 6. Personalities summoned include Najam Sethi, Nabeel Gabol and other prominent personalities in Punjab and Sindh which were present during general elections.
People which are being summoned include former caretaker Chief Minister of Punjab Najam Sethi, former Member National Assembly (MNA) Nabeel Gabol, Chairman National Database & Registration Authority (NADRA), interim Chief Secretary Punjab, interim Additional Chief Secretary and journalist Hamid Mir.
JC office has also issued notice to then-appointed election commissioner Punjab, Election Commissioner Sindh, chief Free and Fair Election Network (FAFEN), Managing Director (MD) Security Press Islamabad, MD Postal Foundation who were on duty during general elections.
MDs of Printing Corporation of Karachi, Islamabad, Lahore have also been issued notices.
JC has summoned 14 witnesses proposed by PTI on May 6 at 1300 hours.
