Summary SHC ordered to speed up the process of providing relief to the victims.
KARACHI (Daily Dunya) – Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday has sought a report over dispatching of compensation money to Baldia Town fire victims within 30 days.
As per details, Chief Justice (CJ) SHC heard the case during which the counsel told the court that maximum victims have been awarded money whereas some affectees don’t possess complete documents.
Subsequently, the court has directed the monitor to submit complete report on the issue within 30 days.
