Summary Natural resource minister thanked Punjab government for continuously supporting KP govt.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – As many as 20 trucks of Punjab government carrying relief items worth Rs 2 crore for rain-affectees were handed over to Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) government today (Thursday), Dunya News reported.
On this occasion, representatives of Punjab government Shuja Khanzada and Director General Provincial Disaster Management Authority Punjab (DG-PMDA) Jawad Akram handed over the relief goods comprising of 1100 camps, 1200 mats, medicines, 1000 packs of rice, grains, oil, spices, sugar, tea bags and dry milk to natural resources minister Zia Ullah Afridi.
While talking to the media, DG-PMDA Punjab stated that the Punjab government won’t leave rain victims alone and vowed to assist KP government in this bad time.
Meanwhile, natural resource minister thanked Punjab government for continuous support.
