PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Peshawar High Court (PHC) has ordered to submit post-mortem report of slain Orakzai citizen Raza Khan till June 4, Dunya News reported on Wednesday.
According to details, a two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Mazhar Alam Mian Khel and Justice Malik Manzoor conducted the hearing of the petition filed by the victim’s brother and Kohat’s resident Saifullah.
The petition stated that his brother went missing from Orakzai Agency one and a half years ago and then later got killed six months before in Kohat’s interment centre whereas the family has not been provided with his post-mortem report yet.
The court accepted the petition for initial hearing and ordered to submit post-mortem report of the deceased in PHC.
