LAHORE (Dunya News) – Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday has disposed of the bail plea of a rape accused, Dunya News reported.
As per details, Justice Sardar Tariq Masood heard the case during which the suspect Shoaib argued that factory area police have alleged him of being involved in molesting a minor girl of second standard. He told the court that the accusations are baseless as he has not committed any crime.
He further pleaded before the court to approve his interim bail which was rejected by the court, forcing him to flee from the court but later nabbed by police again.
