Summary ATC has directed the administration to submit the request through formal procedure.
KARACHI (Dunya News) – An anti-terrorism court (ATC) in Karachi has refused to issue death warrants of convicted target killer Saulat Mirza on faxed request of Mach jail administration, Dunya News reported.
According to details, Mach jail administration faxed a letter through Karachi Central’s jail and requested for Saultal Mirza’s fresh death warrants but ATC turned down the request and directed the administration to submit the request through formal procedure.
Earlier, Mach jail administration sought death warrants on telephone but were refused by ATC.
